At The Good Being India, customer trust and product purity are our top priorities. Since our products are food-grade, hygienically packed, and consumable, we follow strict quality and safety standards.

📌 Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, returns are NOT accepted once the product is delivered, except in the following cases:

✔ Product received is damaged or broken (glass bottle)
✔ Product received is leaking or tampered
✔ Product received is incorrect (wrong item or size)
✔ Product received is expired or near-expiry (less than 3 months shelf life at delivery)

⏱ Return request must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

📸 Customers must share clear photos/videos of:

Outer packaging
Inner product
Batch number & expiry date

📩 Send details via WhatsApp or Email for verification.

💰 Refund Policy

Once the issue is verified and approved:

✅ Full refund will be initiated
✅ Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
✅ Amount will be credited to the original payment method

📌 No cash refunds are provided.

🔁 Replacement Policy

If stock is available, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

🚚 Replacement will be shipped free of cost after approval.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We do NOT accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

❌ Product opened, used, or partially consumed
❌ Change of taste preference or personal dislike
❌ Minor packaging dents without leakage or damage
❌ Orders placed with incorrect address/contact details
❌ Delay caused by courier partner beyond our control

🚫 Cancellation Policy

🕒 Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

All products are 100% natural, preservative-free, and handmade, so taste and color may vary slightly batch to batch.
Product images are for reference only.
The Good Being India reserves the right to approve or reject any return/refund request after inspection.
Any dispute will be subject to Gurugram, Haryana jurisdiction only.
